Baymont by Wyndham Augusta West Rooms

Clean and pleasant. Based on our experiences with Baymont hotels, well use them in the future.

Check-in was ok

The location was good for where we were going

Nothing about this. Eggs for breakfast was like rubber

Amazing staff

Nothing at all Parking was not good at all. Big work trucks took up all the front parking. Had to park way in back. It wasnt clean at all. One elevator working. It was roaches in room that I didnt see until like am when I got back from event too many people hanging around fussing

It was clean. No issues besides the roaches n the staff just disregarded it

Three of the concierge front desk clerks were amazing and excellent even throughout the night

Don't know. The clerk said I had no reservation. Then she said it was for the next night and they had NO ROOMS AT ALL.Then even after me telling her I didn't need the room she didn't cancel it

Nothing. The first room they put us in had not been cleaned. There were stains all over the sheet, oil stains on the headboard. It smelled horrible and smelled like smoke throughout the entire hotel. I went down to the front desk and asked for a new room. They did kindly put us in our new room, but unfortunately, it was no better. There are stains on the towels on the carpet, the sheets barely hit the bed and horrible smells in the room. We stayed in that room for roughly 2 hours. I tried to get comfortable realize there was no way I was staying the night at this hotel. I went downstairs to ask for a refund. But the manager told me they cannot issue me a refund, even after I described how horrible the room was. I left without a refund, it was not worth staying.
